The Siegessäule was build from 1864 to 1873 it was designed by Johann Heinrich. And the figure on the top was designed by Friedrich Drake. It is 69 meters tall and weights 35 tons. On the top is Victoria the winner.

Day 5

Today it was our last day in Berlin. We went to the breakfast and then Peter our busdriver take us back to Herne. We made one break at Mc Donalds.

Day 4

At this day we went to the Olympia Stadium of Berlin it was very awesome. The guide tour was very hard because this day was the hottest day of the week. After this we got freetime so at first we went to „Subway“ and then to the „Arkaden“ at the Potsdamer Platz its an shoppingcenter like the „CentrO“. At 4:30pm we met our teachers in front of the „Reichstag“ then we went in and they checked us and our bags and then there was a man who guide us through it. At the evening we went to a disco called matrix in friedrichshain

Day 3

On our third day we went to „Madame Tousauds“ there were many stars like Elvis, The Beatles and Justin Timberlake and many else. Then we got freetime and went again to Berlin mitte the day was very hot and we buy us some ice-cream. After our freetime we went to the „DDR Museum“ that was the worst we done in berlin because there was nothing intresting to see but we see a D-Promi he is called „Ben“.

Day 2

On day 2 we went to the „Brandenburger Tor“ and walk throught Berlin Mitte we had seen many street actors.

When you give your money to them they dance/move for you. We went to many souvenier shops.

The we chilled on the holocoust memorial and eat a kebab. After we chilled there for 2 hours we made a sightseeing tour with our bus throught hole Berlin.

Day 1

We start the tour at 8:30 on Monday the 24.08.2009 it was very strangerous.

At 4:30pm we were at our hotel in Berlin Kreuzberg.

We went in the lobby and there we got our roomcards but the hotel made a mistake and the room splitting was wrong.

The hotel wasn´t good because there was too much floors and we often took the wrong way.

In the evening the hole class take a walk throught kreuzberg city.

After that we had dinner in the hotel.

The first night was very short because many pupils was hyperactive.
